Pattern room

The company pattern shop has the necessary capacity to manufacture metal and wooden patterns, core boxes, moulds and low-pressure casts. Such equipment can be constructed using CAD/CAM, (PRO Engineer) and machined using CNC equipment. These facilities are linked to the SIMTEC system (from the company RWP) for calculating and simulating temperature changes during the foundry process with respect to the differing physical data of materials.
