Quality Control

The QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT is the principal body ensuring the quality of products we supply. This is where inspections are carried out of all incoming raw materials, sand mixtures, of chemical composition and other technological properties, and which conducts a complete inspection of all products. 

Laboratories and test rooms are equipped with the tools and facilities to inspect the chemical composition of raw materials, to analyse moulding and core mixtures as well as mechanical properties and metallography.

Expert employees perform dimensional inspections of pattern facilities and castings, verify the temperature parameters of production facilities, and as nondestructive methods they make use of x-rays, ultrasound, magnetic coating and capillary methods.
