METAL-FORMING WORKSHOP	apprenticeship as a locksmith, difficult and long-term in-service training
OPERATING ELECTRICIAN	apprenticeship in the field
MOULDER	apprenticeship as a locksmith, engineering
MAINTENANCE WORKER	apprenticeship as a lathe operator, locksmith
CRANE OPERATOR	licence for the crane operation - necessary
LADLE MAN	apprenticeship as a locksmith, plumber
FOREMAN	technical secondary education
SMELTER	apprenticeship in the field
